How to Inspect Used Wooden Pallets

Inspect used pallets for broken or missing components, loose or protruding fixings and visible contamination before deciding how to use them. The unit also needs to suit the load and handling conditions. A treatment mark is a separate check and cannot establish structural condition or cleanliness.

Your specification.

Match inspection to the application

Keep unsuitable units out of usable stock and define practical acceptance criteria with the responsible team. If the goods, equipment or storage arrangement changes, review the pallet specification. For export reuse, inspect marks and repair history alongside the physical condition rather than relying on one intact stamped block.
