Agree what the grade covers
Ask about wear, repairs, visible contamination and the marks expected on the pallet. A 1200 by 800 mm footprint does not automatically establish exchange eligibility. Specify the loaded weight and handling conditions as well, and confirm export treatment status separately from the cosmetic grade.
