Control repairs through the right process
Keep altered pallets separate until their status is resolved. Explain what has been replaced and whether the pallet is repaired or substantially remanufactured. Obtain appropriate treatment and re-marking arrangements; casual repair followed by reliance on a surviving mark is not a sound compliance check.
