Explain the assembly clearly
Show the base, enclosure and loose timber pieces so the forwarder can assess the applicable import conditions. Avoid adding untreated pieces after the packaging check. Receiver requirements for size, condition and unloading still need agreement even when the plant-health route has been confirmed.
