Who Checks Export Timber Packaging?

Export packaging involves the pallet supplier, packer, shipper, forwarder and receiver. Assign responsibility for the whole timber assembly so no one assumes another party checked loose dunnage or a replacement base. A clear handover is especially useful when goods are consolidated or repacked before departure.

Define the final inspection owner

Document who confirms destination requirements, who supplies each timber item and who checks the loaded package. Keep cargo compliance and receiver handling rules visible alongside the wood-packaging task. The treatment mark is important, but it does not eliminate the need for coordinated packing and shipment checks.
